Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for services are due upon agreement unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs and materials created by Quadrant Music remain the property of Quadrant Music until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients will receive a non-exclusive license to use the designs for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality

Our responsive web design services ensure your online presence is engaging and accessible across all devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the course of the project

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Conference of Constitutional Jurisdictions of Africa (CCJA)
